Sometimes called \"White Peony,\" Bai Mu Dan is defined by its one white, downy bud and two leaves with silvery-haired undersides which are hallmarks of the Da Bai cultivar, literally \"large white.\" Withered and then baked dry, this Bai Mu Dan is exceptional on its own, but add in the flavor and aromatic complexity of ten years of aging and you have something truly special.
