BOUQUET is a celebration of chamomile flower. From southern Egypt's Nile Delta, we seasonally source a certified organic chamomile of the Roman cultivar that is both an accurate reflection of the well-tended land it's cultivated on and an idealized representation of the plant. Plump, intact, and always fresh (a product of careful, small-batch blending), the flowers are visually alluring in translucent canisters and glass teawares.
Honey-sweet with heady floral character and green apple overtones, BOUQUET's dried flowers are hand-blended with organic lemongrass stalk and sweet mint to augment the chamomile's tart fruit and light herbal notes. Our production team carefully maintains a precise, chamomile-forward blend ratio resulting in a tisane that, when steeped, produces a shimmering golden liquor with a soft perfume of daisy and blanched almond.
Ideal behind bar when customers request a caffeine-free drink, BOUQUET is blended with elevated beverage service in mind (and pairs beautifully with steamed almond mylk)—it's likewise perfect for at-home brewing as a premium but unfussy herbal infusion that relaxes and unwinds. Serve sprinkled with coarse whole honeycomb and rimmed with bruised green apple peel—or chilled and neat with sparkling water.
