- 80g Hugo Masala Chai Concentrate
- 140g choice of milk
- 40g Pumpkin Spice Sauce (see below)
How to prepare pumpkin syrup :
- 275g pumpkin
- 85g coconut milk
- 150g brown sugar
- 2.5g salt
- 1.5g ginger
- 5g cinnamon
- 1.5g nutmeg
- 1.5g clove
- 1.5g allspice
- 1.5g ancho chile powder
Combine all ingredients into a pan and cook until everything mixes well.
Add 40g of pumpkin syrup to a cup or mug. Pour in a little hot water and mix so it will combine well with milk.
Combine milk and chai in a pitcher and steam. Pour into mug with syrup.
Combine milk and chai, shake and pour over ice.
