1 | Make Strawberry Syrup. 

200g fresh strawberries, washed and diced.
133g white sugar.
Mix these ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 24-48 hours.
Blend, strain and bottle.

2 | Prepare Matcha. 

Whisk 3g Matcha Sonogi with 50ml 170F water.

3 | Assemble. 

Fill a 16oz glass with ice.
Add in 40gof strawberry syrup, 200ml of milk, a pinch of salt (optional). 
Top with matcha.
