• 3g Hugo Grey, 60ml 200F water
• 3g Matcha
• 1 pump of vanilla or lavender syrup
• 150ml milk of choice
Steep 3g of Hugo Grey in 50ml of 200F water for 3 minutes.
Add 1 pump or about 20g of vanilla or lavender syrup.
Steam milk and pour into the matcha, Hugo Grey and syrup mixture.
Alternatively, add cold milk, shake and pour over ice.
