  • Ingredients

    - 3g of matcha or 3.5g of houjicha
    - 21g lime juice 
    - 30g maple syrup
    - 140g spicy ginger beer

    1| Prepare Matcha or Houjicha

    Matcha: 3 grams of matcha. 50ml of 170F degree water.

    Houjicha: 3.5 grams of houjicha, 50ml of 205F degree water.

    2| Add Ginger Beer, Syrup & Ice

    Add 21 grams of lime juice, 30 grams of maple syrup and 140 grams of spicy ginger beer.

    Add ice to the glass

    3| Pour Matcha or Houjicha on top

    Enjoy!
