- 3g of matcha or 3.5g of houjicha
- 21g lime juice
- 30g maple syrup
- 140g spicy ginger beer
Matcha: 3 grams of matcha. 50ml of 170F degree water.
Houjicha: 3.5 grams of houjicha, 50ml of 205F degree water.
Add 21 grams of lime juice, 30 grams of maple syrup and 140 grams of spicy ginger beer.
Add ice to the glass
