  • Ingredients

    - 2.5g matcha sonogi
    - 200g orange juice
    - 2 pumps vanilla
    - 50g salted vanilla cold foam*

    1| Prepare Cold Foam

    How to prepare your salted vanilla cold foam:

    • 50g heavy cream
    • 3 pumps vanilla syrup
    • 10 drops salt solution (80g water, 20g salt)
    • *also really good with a few drops of coconut extract if that's your thing!
    • Whip this mix up in a bottle until it's a softer, creamy foam

    2| Prepare Matcha

    Whisk 2.5g of matcha sonogi in 50g of 170F water.

    3| Build & Top

    Build in a glass starting with the vanilla, matcha, orange juice, ice and then add a layer of your salted cold foam on top.
